INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform you that:

  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
    • creating a user account and enabling the use of the functionalities of the online store (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)

    • statistics and archiving (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
    • conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

G8 S.A. retains your personal data for as long as individual services are provided and after they have been completed. In order to determine the appropriate retention period for your personal data, we take into account the nature, the purposes for which data is processed and whether it is possible to achieve those purposes by other means. We must also take into account the periods required by law or to process complaints, inquiries and to protect our rights in the event of a claim.

Depending on the consent given:

  • Direct marketing, in connection with the consent granted for the processing of personal data (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Your personal data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn;

  2. G8 S.A. reserves the right to disclose selected information relating to the Customer to competent authorities or third parties requesting such information, on an appropriate legal basis, in accordance with applicable law.
  3. The Controller does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
  4. You have the right to request the Controller to access, rectify, delete your data or limit the processing thereof. You have the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer the data;
  5. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal;
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for the protection of personal data.
  7. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the service. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the service from being provided.
  8. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making. G8 S.A. may conduct profiling of participants in order to provide direct marketing of its own products, in order to prepare and send personalized offers.

This Privacy Policy defines the rules of collecting, processing and using personal data collected from you by the online store lancerto.pl, run at www.lancerto.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website) by G8 S.A. with its registered office in Łańcut (39-100) at ul. Podzwierzyniec 29 (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store). The online store makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of the personal information provided when using the Website and making purchases within the store, and for this purpose takes all necessary steps. The online store, in accordance with the requirements of law, has registered the collection (collections) of personal data in the register kept by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the Customer or persons acting on behalf of the Customer are processed by the Seller, as the data controller, for the purpose of concluding and performing the Agreement. Providing all data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary for the implementation of the Sales Agreement. The Seller applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data of the Customers.
The Customer has the right to access their personal data and to correct and delete them. Personal data may be corrected or deleted after logging into the Customer Account or, in the case of unregistered Customers, the Customer may modify or delete their data by sending an appropriate request to the Seller.
The Customer declares that the personal data provided by the Customer is the Customer's data and that it is true, current and complete.
The Customer who is not a natural person guarantees that he/she is entitled to provide the Seller with the personal data of the person representing him/her towards the Seller, and that he/she will comply with the information obligations towards this person specified in the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY BY THE ONLINE STORE WHEN USING THE WEBSITE??

The online store does not automatically collect any data, except for data contained in cookies during the use of the Website alone. Cookies are small text files sent by the online store and stored on your computer containing certain information related to your use of the Website and the Online Store. Cookies are used by the online store in order to operate the Website and provide you with interesting information and during the purchase process, e.g. in order to remember the purchases made by you.

Cookies used by the online store may be temporary or permanent. Temporary cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while permanent cookies are also stored after you have finished using the Website and are used to store information such as your password or login, which speeds up and facilitates your use of the Website. In any case, you can block the installation of cookies or delete persistent cookies using the appropriate options in your web browser. In addition to cookies, the online store may also collect data customarily collected by Internet system administrators as part of the so-called logs or log files. The information contained in logs may include, inter alia, your IP address, the type of platform and web browser, your Internet service provider and the address of the website from which you accessed the Website. Some subpages of the Website and other means of communication with you may contain the so-called “web beacons” (electronic images). Web beacons allow us to receive information such as the IP address of the computer on which the web beacon was loaded, the URL number of the website, the time the website was loaded, the type of browser, as well as information contained in cookies, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements. Google Analytics collects cookies, which are information about website viewing and user system profile (including his/her IP address). If the source of your visit are advertising creations issued by entities cooperating with the Store in the CPA (“Cost Per Action”), CPC (“Cost Per Click”) or CPS (“Cost Per Sales”) billing model, cookies containing session identification are created, and after the last step of placing an order, data about the number and amount of your order are transferred to these companies as necessary for billing purposes.

For the purpose of the LiveChat application, which enables chat with an online consultant and uses cookies, information is collected which is used solely for the purpose of personalization of a specific user. Information stored in the LiveChat application is not combined with personal data of Internet users, it is automatically deleted after the user leaves the store's website. The store reserves the right to send specific users an invitation to talk to a consultant in the form of a message with the selection options “start chat/close window”. Users who have deleted cookies or have not accepted them in their browser may not have access to products and services provided by LiveChat, Inc.

The site uses Usability tools, a web analytics service that uses cookies to store information when anonymous, randomly selected users move from site to site (including tracking mouse movements). WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED BY THE ONLINE STORE DURING REGISTRATION AND SHOPPING?
