RETURN OF GOODS/ WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

1. Prepare the package for shipping

   Download the return form here, and fill it in. Pack the goods together with the completed form and proof of purchase into a box and seal them well.

2. Returned goods

   Remember that if you withdraw from the agreement, you must return the goods in unused condition.

3. Send the parcel

   Send the parcel to the address:

4. Wait for a message

   Our specialists must check the order, the date of return and the goods that have been sent to us. After verification you will receive a message about the decision.

5. Refund

   You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving a positive withdrawal decision.
